Fruits and vegetables are an integral part of your diet. Other than that you can’t keep a balance of vitamins, minerals and micronutrients in your diet. If we only talk about fruits, then each type of fruit has its own distinct benefits. Fruits like avocado, apple and pineapple help in weight loss, while fruits like banana, orange and kiwi provide micronutrients to the body. But sometimes these fruits ripen early. If not eaten on time, it has to be thrown away.

In such a situation, most of the people have to throw away these fruits against their will, which is a waste of money. Today we are going to tell you how to use fruits like banana, orange, kiwi, jackfruit, avocado, apple and pineapple. So let's learn how to use maximum fruit.

1) Use of ripe chanterelles

The benefits of eating fennel are many. People eat it both raw and cooked. But when it ripens, it becomes a little harder to eat. In such cases, using overripe fennel, you can make puri and

smoothie. You don't have to work hard to make a smoothie from ripe chanterelles.

-Remove the chanterelles and grind in this mixer.

-Then add some milk and dry fruits and your smoothie is ready.

-Keep in mind that only ripe fruit has enough sweetness. So you should avoid using sugar in it.

2) Kiwi

Kiwi is one of the most expensive fruits available in the market. Speaking of the benefits of kiwi, it has antithrombotic properties that prevent blood clotting. In addition, it also contains high levels of zinc, which protects against many sleep disorders, including high blood pressure. Kiwis also have a low glycemic index (LOGI), so they can be eaten by diabetics. But you can use it instead of throwing it away when it is too ripe.

- First of all, grate the kiwi.

-Then cook in a deep fry pan over medium heat.

- Now keep stirring and add vinegar or lemon.

- Now cook until it thickens and then turn off the heat.

- When it cools down, close it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.

3) Grate the fruits and keep in the freezer

If you have more fruits like apples, oranges, grapes and pineapples, grind them all and keep them in the fridge for further use. So whenever you make a smoothie or you want to eat something sweet, make kheer and fruit shake or smoothie using this fruit puree. Remember not to chop these fruits and keep them in a closed container, otherwise they will start to ferment and you will not be able to use them. So try to use these fruits as soon as possible.

4) Make ice cream

If you tell children to eat more ripe fruit, they may refuse to eat it. But if you make ice cream from these overripe fruits, they will definitely eat it. Also, the special thing about this ice cream is that by eating it, your children will get the nutrients and natural sweetness of the fruit.

- First mix the custard in milk and sugar.

- Finely chop the fruit on the other side.

- Now mix these two and add more milk and sugar and heat.

- Now add vanilla essence and cream and mix.

- Fill a container and keep in the fridge. Once it has stabilized a bit, take it out and make a light mixture and put it back in the fridge.
